The events of the past few weeks have had a profound impact on all of us. In order to help provide our city/province/country/society the best possible chance to plank the curve, we have closed our office to all customer visits until further notice. In addition, we have changed our hours of operation to the following:

Monday – Friday: 10:00-15:00hrs PST
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Please feel free to call us at 604.738.7161 during these hours. Alternatively, you are also welcome to directly email our travel consultants at your leisure. We are all working remotely and will be more than happy to communicate with you at our earliest convenience.

If you have booked future travel with us, please note that we are here to provide you with up-to-date information on airline, tour operator and hotel booking, change and cancellation policies. We are here to help you navigate these uncertain times in the travel industry. We are not going anywhere. We will be here when the world is less uncertain; when the world’s nations opens their arms and borders to travelers again

In the meantime, we wish you continued health, strength and resolve. We will only get through this if we look out for each other, if we constantly practice physical distancing and if we concentrate on vanquishing this disease called COVID-19.
